ROLE(S): User Interaction/Designer/Art Director
Artisan had a variety of merchandise that it wanted to market while the movie was still in theaters. The idea was to create a unique experience for online shoppers and this was the perfect audience to work with. The "premise" of the e-commerce site centered on the consumer as they wandered through the forest (much like the film), picking products out of the "woods" (drop and drag) and placing them in the cart. I collaborated with Flash/ActionScript programmers to translate the concept and visual treatment into a successful e-commerce experience.
