ROLE(S): Designer Westwood has been developing Earth and Beyond, a multiplayer on-line universe, for the last few years. As a player you can become one of several different races, having different "careers", with your own ship. You barter and work within a universe of millions of beings. With this in mind, individuals will be starting out at different levels of gaming experience and will need access to different kinds of information. Beginners will need information that Expert players have long ago learned. The Earth & Beyond homepage above was designed for players in between Beginner and Expert. They get different kinds of tips and tricks, top stories, etc. This homepage was created in a modular fashion, using graphic elements from the game, to enable constant updates.
